This small but adorable house needed some TLC and updating. First, we reworked the upstairs layout to create one bedroom, laundry room, and powder room. Next, we upgraded the main bathroom with new tile, installed new countertops, and painted the vanity and walls. Several windows in the home no longer worked. We replaced those, painted the whole house in lighter, brighter colors, painted the fireplace, sanded and lightened the floors, and replaced all the light fixtures. Our house renovation resulted in a stunning, stylish, very comfortable home for the new owners.
