This ski resort condominium needed a complete renovation from floor to ceiling. Throughout this 3-bedroom/3 bath unit, we installed new alder doors, wood trim, and new Pella windows. In the kitchen, we installed new poplar cabinets, quartz countertops, recessed lighting, black hardware, and new GE Monogram appliances. We modernized all the bathrooms with new fixtures, sinks, lighting, shower assemblies, and tile. In the living room, we stained the woodwork around the fireplace the same stain as the new woodwork and stained the ceiling fan blades to match. We reworked the layout of the laundry area and added new machines and shelving. We repainted all the walls, added carpet and new Solar Shades window treatments with UV protection, added recessed lighting throughout, and installed smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
